At Tradition Central Air, we not only value our customers, but also our employees. All of our managers and administrative support staff are proud parents, and we try to foster an atmosphere that is family friendly with frequent kids and grandkids in our office. We have our good days and unfortunately some not as good days, but we always strive to be accountable at every turn.
Adam Buskirk is the President and Owner of Tradition Central Air. He prides himself on encouraging his employees to be their best and treating his team as family. Alex Gibson is our General Manager, and never stops. He knows air conditioning front and back because he has been doing it since he was a teenager working under his dad. David Douglas started working at Tradition Central Air in 1998 after serving proudly in the US Army. He is our company practical joker and exercise guru. Magnolia Alvarez serves as our accountant, HR coordinator, insurance liaison, and helps serve Spanish speaking customers with her fluent Spanish. She has worked in these fields for many years and our trade partners can tell. Magnolia is proud of her children and grandchildren and greatly enjoys the outdoors.
